Yes. We are a mobile personal training service in Ballarat, so sessions take place in your own home.

Sessions run for 45 minutes plus 5-10 minutes for.a chat

No. I'll bring any equipment needed for your session, and where possible we'll use simple exercises that suit your home environment. As you progress I may recommend some additional equipment but it’s completely optional.

For best results, we recommend training at least once a fortnight. Weekly sessions are ideal if you’d like more support and accountability, but once a fortnight can still work well especially once you’ve learned a few exercises and feel confident practising them on your own between sessions.

Yes. While I'm currently completing my Pilates Instructor qualification, I already draw on Pilates principles such as posture, breathing, core stability and controlled movement where they're appropriate for each client. My focus is always on helping you move better and feel stronger in a way that's safe and suited to your individual needs.
