I’ve had my own struggles with mental health and weight, and through those experiences I discovered how powerful movement can be for mood, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing. Exercise became more than just something I made myself do, it gave me purpose, enjoyment, and a sense of progress. That personal experience is a big part of why I became a personal trainer.

I understand why many people don’t enjoy going to the gym. It can be overwhelming or uncomfortable due to sensory issues. For others, it’s simply boring or intimidating. That’s why I offer training in your own home, familiar, calm environments where you can feel more relaxed and confident.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a Certificate IV in Fitness, and I believe exercise works best when it fits into real life. While medication is most important for staying well, true wellbeing often comes from taking those extra steps moving your body, eating good food, spending time outdoors, and building healthy routines. When I started exercising regularly, everything changed: my mood improved, my confidence grew, and I felt genuinely happier.

My training style focuses on variety and creativity. I enjoy using alternative, practical exercises rather than repetitive gym workouts, movement should be engaging and fun, not something you dread. I work especially well with older adults, people with disabilities, and anyone who wants a supportive, non-judgemental approach to fitness.
