Previously I had struggles with low mood and weight, and after working with a personal trainer doing weight training and exercise everything changed. Regular training and exercise boosted my self-esteem, overall wellbeing and confidence and the encouragement from my personal trainer was key. That experience is a big part of why I became a personal trainer myself, so you can see these great changes in your life.
Personally, I enjoy pilates, walking, rucking, and weight training, and I build these elements into my workouts depending on your goals.
I understand why many people don’t enjoy going to the gym. It can be overwhelming or uncomfortable due to sensory issues. For others, it’s simply boring or intimidating. That’s why I offer training in your own home where you can feel relaxed but still have accountability to make that important progress.
A qualified personal trainer
I’m a qualified Personal Trainer with a Certificate IV in Fitness, and I believe exercise works best when it fits into real life. While medication can be an important factor for staying well, true wellbeing comes from taking those extra steps moving your body, eating good food, spending time outdoors, and building healthy routines. When I started exercising regularly, everything changed: my mood improved, my confidence grew, and I felt genuinely happier.
My training style focuses on variety and creativity. I enjoy using alternative, practical exercises rather than repetitive gym workouts. Movement should be engaging and fun, not something you dread. I work especially well with older adults, people with disabilities, and anyone who wants a supportive, non-judgemental approach to fitness.
