Personal Training terms & Conditions
1. Services Personal training services are provided on a 1-on-1 basis, with partner sessions (2 people) available at an adjusted rate. All sessions are conducted at the client’s home within the Ballarat service area.
2. Session Duration Standard sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Sessions will finish at the scheduled end time, regardless of late arrival. Additional time may be provided at the trainer’s discretion but is not guaranteed.
3. Bookings & Payment All sessions must be paid in advance via bank transfer Sessions can be purchased individually or as part of a prepaid pack Prepaid sessions are required to secure booking times
4. Service Area Services are available within Ballarat only. Clients will be required to provide a training address prior to booking.
5. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Be present and ready at the scheduled session time Provide a safe, clear, and suitable space for training Ensure pets are secured or controlled during sessions Inform the trainer of any relevant injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health All clients must complete required health screening and consent documentation prior to commencing training.
6. Late Arrival & No-Show If a client is not present at the scheduled time, the session will be treated as a no-show No-shows will result in the full session being charged
7. Health & Safety By participating in training, clients acknowledge that: Exercise involves inherent risks They are voluntarily participating in physical activity They have disclosed all relevant health information Clients are encouraged to seek medical clearance if unsure about their ability to exercise.
8. Trainer Availability While all efforts are made to maintain consistency, sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative time will be offered.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Policy 24+ hours notice: No charge, session can be rescheduled Less than 24 hours notice: Full session charged No-show: Full session charged Goodwill Exceptions Each client may receive up to 1–2 late cancellation waivers per 6–12 month period for genuine illness or emergencies. Additional late cancellations outside of this allowance will be charged in full. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
